Appointments can be arranged by phoning the clinic or via e-mail. We recommend that you book at least a week in advance to ensure a time that suits your requirements.
Please feel free to call in, or phone us with any queries. We're here to help you make the most of yourself, and most importantly, to make you feel and look beautiful!
On your first visit, please plan to arrive at the clinic approximately 10 minutes before the appointment time so that you can relax and complete our client consultation form.
Please turn off mobile phones when entering the clinic, so we are able to preserve a peaceful experience for all.
Loyalty points are a way of saying 'thank you' to our loyal clients. These will be issued for both treatments and purchases, and are redeemable on product purchases. We're always delighted to welcome your personal referrals. Please make sure they mention you by name and you will receive referral loyalty points to discount off your next treatment.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change, cancel or postpone your appointment. Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. If no notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 'No shows' will be charged at 100% of the service fee, and Gift Certificates will become void.
A courier facility is available for both products and gift vouchers to any destination in New Zealand - a surcharge of $5.00 per package applies.

- Monday, Wednesday & Fridays – 9am till 5:30pm
- Late nights - Tuesday and Thursday till 8pm
- Occasional Saturdays till 3pm
